WHERES the Board of Education of the City of Yonkers is required to provide Speech Services to District students on an as needed basis as requested by the District
WHEREAS the Board of Education has determined that these services can be best provided by Victoria K. Higgs, SLP,PLLC
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with Victoria K. Higgs SLP,PLLC in an amount not exceed $2,000.00
