Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with JCCA Edenwald Center, Pleasantville Cottage School, Pleasantville START, & Gateway which are part of The Cottage Schools, and also the Bedford Central School District,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with JCCA Edenwald Center, Pleasantville Cottage School, Pleasantville START, & Gateway which are all part of The Cottage Schools and the Bedford Central School District for Total Amended Contract Amount $44,279,899
