To approve a Stipulation of Settlement resolving the contemplated preferral of Civil Service Law §75 Disciplinary Charges against a civil service employee of the Yonkers City School District, employee I.D. No. #392656.

Resolution:
|
WHEREAS the preferral of disciplinary charges was contemplated by Anibal Soler, Jr., Superintendent of Schools, pursuant to Civil Service Law §75; and,
WHEREAS, a Stipulation of Settlement has been negotiated between the Superintendent of Schools and Employee #392656, subject to approval by the Board of Education, which Stipulation of Settlement sets forth the terms of settlement of the contemplated disciplinary charges; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Education has had an opportunity to review the terms of the Stipulation of Settlement, and finds that the terms are fair, reasonable, and appropriate under the circumstances; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education hereby approves the Stipulation of Settlement, as negotiated and made between the Superintendent of Schools and Employee #392656; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Schools and those under his direction take all steps necessary to effectuate and implement the Stipulation of Settlement, made between the Superintendent of Schools and Employee #392656.
