Amount: 50,000.00
Scope: To authorize extension to Service Contract No. 2023-0394 “Maintenance and Repair of Gym Equipment” to Nickerson NY, LLC in the amount of $50,000.00 for 90 calendar days.
This extension is only for 90 days with a prorated amount of $50,000.00 to provide time to rebid the contract as Nickerson NY, LLC was not willing to extend the contract for an additional year under the same terms and conditions and no responsive bids were received.

Resolution:
|
WHEREAS via Resolution 19.8 dated October 19, 2022, Service Contract No. 2023-0394, “Maintenance and Repair of Gym Equipment” was awarded to Nickerson NY, LLC in the amount of $198,440.00 for a term of 365 calendar days, and
WHEREAS via Resolution 15.10 dated September 20,2023, Service Contract No. 2023-0394, “Maintenance and Repair of Gym Equipment” to Nickerson NY, LLC was extended for another year, increasing the total amount to $396,880.00 for a period of 730 calendar days, and
WHEREAS the administration recommends the District to extend the contract another 90 calendar days for an amount of $50,000.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to extend Service Contract No. 2024-0394, “Maintenance and Repair of Gym Equipment”, increasing the term to 820 calendar days and the total amount to $446,880.00.
