WHEREAS the Board of Education of the City of Yonkers is required to provide evaluations to students of the Yonkers Public Schools District who are referred for learning problems and
WHEREAS NCS Pearson, Inc. will provide the testing kits and materials to the Yonkers Public Schools District,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to purchase the testing material from NCS Pearson, Inc. for the said amount not to exceed $121,631.00.
