WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to obtain nursing services for the District on an as-needed basis,
WHERE the Board of Education has selected Amergis Heathcare Staffing, LLC
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Amergis Healthcare Staffing, LLC.
