Resolution: WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with SYSCO to purchase direct diversion goods for 2020-2021 school year,

WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with SYSCO to provide these goods, and

NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with SYSCO at a cost not to exceed $487,419.00
