WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Mico Cooling Corp. for repairs and maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment for the 2023-2024 school year.
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Mico Cooling Corp. to provide these services.
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Mico Cooling Corp at a cost not to exceed $182,500.00
