Rationale:
|
Report Card Creator Plugin for PowerSchool Grades 7 through 12. This purchase will allow us to create sophisticated HTML Report Cards within PowerSchool. This will allow us to create multi-language report cards that can be modified at any time. Technical Support is provided 1st year, and renewable on an annual basis. We are also renewing Technical Support for our PK-6 plugin which was purchased School Year 2019-2020.

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Marcia Brenner Associates to purchase Report Card Creator Software to support The Student Information Department in report card creation for grades 7-12 for the 2020-2021 school year,
Whereas the Board of Education wishes to renew Annual Support for the existing Report Card Plugin from Marcia Brenner for the Grades PK-6 for the 2020-2021 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed, in conjunction with Marcia Brenner Associates, a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Marcia Brenner Associates to provide these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Marcia Brenner Associates at a cost not to exceed $16,272.16.
It is acknowledged and agreed that pursuant to the terms of that certain intermunicipal agreement by and between the City of Yonkers Board of Education (“BOE”) and the City of Yonkers (the “City”) as filed in the Office of the City Clerk on June 16, 2014, the terms of this agreement are subject to review and revision by the Corporation Counsel, as well as approval by the City’s Board of Contract and Supply. Furthermore, this Agreement shall not be enforceable until signed by both parties and approved by the Corporation Counsel’s Office.
