Resolution:
|
WHEREAS, to be most effective and efficient, the Board of Education must maintain the optimal number of positions for each title, and
WHEREAS, the title Motor Equipment Operator I is currently overstaffed in that the work load is far less than the positions being provided, and
WHEREAS, to more closely optimize work to position ratio two such positions are to be abolished.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby abolishes the positions listed on the schedule attached hereto, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the positions set forth on such schedule will hereby be abolished as of the end of business on December 31, 2021.
