As required Yonkers Public Schools Board of Education is requesting an amendment to increase the Transportation Contract with First Mile Square LLC for 2021-22 SY.

Resolution:
|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with First Mile Square LLC to provide Transportation Services to support for the 2021-2022 school year. $18,055,044.00 was awarded to First Mile Square LLC as per Contract Number 2021-00000156 on July 23,2020. An additional $457,730.00 was awarded on November 17, 2021
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with First Mile Square LLC a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with First Mile Square LLC to provide these services
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with First Mile Square LLC at a cost not to exceed $76,310.33
