Scope: To purchase laptops, carts and various electronics to support the NYS Pathways in Early College High Schools (PTECH) and NYSED Smart Scholars programs in the Charles E. Gorton High School and in Roosevelt High School Early College. The purchase of these items are required for optimal use of the programs. The awarded vendor must be a NYS Certified MWBE.

Resolution:
|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with MOLA Group Corporation to purchase computer equipment to support the NYS Pathways in Early College High Schools (PTECH) and NYSED Smart Scholars programs in the Charles E. Gorton High School and in Roosevelt High School Early College for the 2023-2024 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with MOLA Group Corporation a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with MOLA Group Corporation to provide these items, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with MOLA Group Corporation at a cost not to exceed $201,131.27.
