Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with HEARTLAND SCHOOL SOLUTIONS to continue licensing and maintenance for the Inventory Control, Nutrient Analysis and Student Meal Eligibility Programs and Cafeteria POS for School Year 2020-2021.
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with HEARTLAND SCHOOL SOLUTIONS to provide these services.
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with HEARTLAND SCHOOL SOLUTIONS at a cost not to exceed $15,700.50
