Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to obtain child psychiatry services and
WHEREAS the Board has selected Dr. Michael Behar to provided the District with consulting services, directed toward assessment of behavioral and academic dysfunction, evaluation of diagnostic entities and appropriate referrals for program placement,
WHEREAS additional funding is needed due to the increase of students requiring psychiatric evaluations, which will require an increase in the total number of hours to increase to 21 hours per week,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with Dr. Michael Behar at a new total contract amount not to exceed $235,400.00.
