Ladies and Gentlemen:
Whereas, the Board of Education wishes to adopt Policy #5300 Code of Conduct.
Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Board of Education hereby adopts Policy #5300 Code of Conduct; and
Be it further resolved that Policy# 5300 Code of Conduct shall be incorporated into the Policy Manual.
