Scope: Epikidz is an agency that provides Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy to pre-school and school age District Students who are homebound. This resolution is responsive to Part-200 requirements to provide a free and appropriate public education (FAPE) to all students.

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to obtain the services of the above contractor to provide Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy to pre-school and school age District students who are homebound, and
WHEREAS the Board of Education has selected Edikidz to provide these services,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with Epikidz at an amount not to exceed $8,000.00
