:
This is to provide the lumber to repair and re-open the outdoor bleachers at Gorton High School.
Purchasing garnered responses to RFQ 2021-4948 from four companies with Feldman being the lowest. The highest was at $16,428.75.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
WHEREAS: the outdoor bleachers at Gorton High School require the selective replacement of the timber walkways and seating before being used, and
WHEREAS: the materials needed for this task were compiled and issued in RFQ2021-4948 garnering four responses, and
WHEREAS: Feldman Lumber had the lowest and best response.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That a purchase order be issued to Feldman Lumber Company 1281 Metropolitan Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11237 for the supply and delivery of lumber per RFQ 2021-4948 for amount as proposed of $13,933.40 for a term of 90 days.
