Award of a general fund annual service contract for “Maintenance, Repair and Inspections for Emergency and Exit lights” to Fran Corp d/b/a All Bright Electric for $141,575.00 for a term of 365 calendar days.
Bids for RFB-7016 were publicly advertised, received and opened on August 11, 2023. Two bids were received and reviewed. The difference between the highest and lowest bidder is $151,762.55
The apparent low bidder was Fran Corp d/b/a All Bright Electric at $141,575.00.
Fran Corp (d/b/a All Bright Electric) has passed all vetting, and reference checks. This company has successfully completed work for the School District.
This is the annual service contract, with the provision for renewal for up to two additional years by mutual consent under the same terms and conditions as needed for maintenance and repair of emergency and exit lights as needed.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: In compliance with NYS General Municipal Law 103 bids were duly solicited, opened in public and read aloud on August 11, 2023 for Bid RFB- 7016 and,
WHEREAS: Two bids were received and examined and all due diligence taken to determine the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and
WHEREAS: Such findings indicate that Fran Corp (d/b/a All Bright Electric) the apparent low bidder at $141,575.00 meets this requirement
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Superintendent of Schools is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for Bid No. RFB- 7016 “Maintenance & Repair for Emergency & Exit Lights” with Fran Corp (d/b/a All Bright Electric), 100 Snake Hill Road, West Nyack, New York, 10994, in the amount of $141,575.00 for a term of 365 calendar days.
