Resolution:

WHEREAS, the President of CSEA Local 860 is employed by YPS; and
WHEREAS, YPS and CSEA desire to reach an agreement wherein the CSEA President will have full union release time from his regular duties at the School District and CSEA Local 860 will reimburse YPS for all related costs of the CSEA Local 860 President’s employment with YPS;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Board of Education hereby approves the Agreement between YPS and CSEA Local 860 attached hereto.
