NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Trustees of the Board of Education hereby approve funding for an Independent Evaluation in the area of neuropsychology in support of resolution of impending litigation; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board hereby authorizes the Superintendent and/or his designee to execute any documents in furtherance of this resolution.
