Resolution Authorizing Appointment of Impartial Hearing Officers
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Yonkers Public Schools designates Dr. Rosalba Corrado Del Vecchio, President and Ms. Gail Burns, Vice President to make appointments of impartial hearing officers when needed on behalf of the Board of Education for proceedings brought pursuant to Part 200 of the Regulations of the Commissioner of Education and such individuals are authorized to act individually.
