WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Imperial Bag & Paper ;cp. LLC to purchase paper and plastic supplies for 2023-2024 school year,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Imperial Bag & Paper Co LLC. to provide these goods, and
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Imperial Paper & Bag Co LLC.. at a cost not to exceed $377,639.10
