D.R.I.L.L stands for Developing Real Insight through Learning & Leadership and Credible Messenger Mentorship is a relationship-centered case management service offered to the Yonkers Public School District that are developmentally appropriate, child specific, family focused, community-based, and culturally sensitive

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with 914United, Inc. to purchase consulting services to support 914United will engage in two programs in Yonkers Public Schools, D.R.I.L.L TALK a preventative and restorative justice initiative for gang-influenced and system-impacted youth and Credible Messenger Mentorship a relationship-centered case management service offered to the Yonkers Public School District for the 2023 – 2024 school year,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with 914United, Inc. a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with 914United, Inc.to provide these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with 914United, Inc.at a cost not to exceed $33,280.00.
