Resolution: WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with
Chef's Depot d/b/a Culinary Depot, to purchase kitchen equipment for the various kitchens. Due to manufacturer price increases an Emergency Declaration was submitted and approved 12/21/2021.

WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Chef's Depot d/b/a Culinary Depot to purchase these goods, and

NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Chef's Depot d/b/a Culinary Depot at a cost not to exceed $34,324.72
