WHEREAS Yonkers Public Schools utilizes Orbit Software Inc, a pupil transportation software system which includes software modules, GIS Map conversions, attendance boundary planning, trip finder and view finder (implementation services) to plan and facilitate pupil transportation services and
WHEREAS an annual Application Software Licensing and Maintenance fee is required, adjusted at the Consumer Price Index as calculated by the US Department of Labor as long as the district continues to use the Orbit Software Inc System.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Superintendent of Schools hereby authorized to pay the annual application software licensing and maintenance fee for Orbit Software Inc System not to exceed $29,695.00 for the 2024-2025 SY.
