WHEREAS the Yonkers Public School District will provide a web-based evaluation platform for the District to monitor assess, and analyze evidence of practice in all areas and,
WHEREAS Yonkers Public Schools has chosenPLS3rd Learning, sole provider of this evaluation software which covers a wide range of standards based items and analytical reports and,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into contract with PLS3rd Learning at a cost not to exceed $13,660.
