RENEWAL OF GENERAL FUND PURCHASE ORDER for Internet Based Facilities and IT Management System Services with Brightly Software, Inc. (formerly Dude Solutions) from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, In the amount of $30,008.61. This represents a decrease of $3,881.29 from last year’s contract amount of $33,889.90
This is to extend the services of Brightly (formerly Dude Solutions) internet based facilities management systems for use by Facilities and the IT Departments. These are proven assets to the district. The work order management and inventory control systems allow ready access for requesters and supervisors to information on status of work orders and inventory requests, and administrator’s access to critical benchmarking data. This information is accessible from any computer or smartphone.

WHEREAS on June 16, 2021 under Board Item No. 16.9, the Board approved a contract extension with Dude Solutions for sole source of internet based Facilities and IT Management System Services, and
WHEREAS in the interim, Dude Solutions has changed their name to Brighly Software, Inc., and
WHEREAS: the administration recommends the renewal of these services as Brighly Software Inc., for a period of 12 months.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to issue a purchase order to Brightly Software Inc, PO BOX 360717 Pittsburgh, PA. 15251-6717 (formerly Dude Solutions) in the amount of $30,008.61 for internet based work order services for 365 calendar days.
