This to award general fund PO to remove and replace 2 sections of Boiler 2 and related work as per IFB-6701 the “Boiler Repairs at School 25” to Ultimate Power, Inc. for $49,000 and a term of 180 calendar days.
Bids for IFB-6701 were publically advertised, received and opened on November 19, 2021.
Four bids were received with highest at $58,000.00. Ultimate Power is currently engaged by the District via annual service contract 2021-0139 “Service and Repair of Boilers and Burners” and has performed acceptably.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: in compliance with NYS General Municipal Law 103 bids were duly solicited, opened in public and read aloud on November 19, 2021 for Bid IFB-6701 “Boiler Repairs at School 25”, and
WHEREAS: Four bids were received and examined and all due diligence taken to determine the that Ultimate Power, Inc at $49,000.00 was the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the award for Bid IFB-6701 “Boiler Repairs at School 25” be awarded to Ultimate Power, Inc 45 Nancy Street, West Babylon, NY 11704 in the amount of $49,000.00 for the term of 180 calendar days.
