This purchase is being made after in accordance with the RFQ “SFM-COVID19” and under the Emergency Declaration dated Dec. 10, 2020.
There were two response, the winning quote and a second at $46,250.00.
This is to provide back up stock to replace filters as needed in response to COVID19.
This is to furnish and deliver 500 Intellipure products from Delos Living LLC Compact Air Purifier Replacement Filters; 250 pre-filter at $42.45 and 250 main filters at $62.50

Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS: the District is in need to maintain the operational capacity of the 350 air-purifiers purchased under emergency declaration via Res 16.8 dated November 18, 202, and
WHEREAS: a request for quotations titled RFQ 2021-5402 “SFM-COVID19” was received on April 12, 2021, and
WHEREAS: Two quotes were received with lowest quote at $26,237.50 from Delos Living, LLC.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: the purchase of Five Hundred (500) Compact Air-Purification replacement Filters in the amount of $26,237.50 be issued to Delos Living, LLC. 860 Washington Street, New York, NY 10014 for a term of 90 days.
