SCOPE: To provide digital resources for Yonkers Public Schools libraries at discounted costs using pricing from New York State contracts and Sole Source Vendors. All contracts are extended until September, 2023.

WHEREAS, the vendors listed above are NY State Contract or Sole Source Vendors that may be used by the Yonkers Public Schools under the current Yonkers Board of Education Policy and New York State General Municipal Law, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Education hereby approved the use of these vendors to provide digital resources for the 2022-2023 fiscal year.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the total expenditures pursuant to this award shall not exceed a total dollar amount of $85,900.30 for digital resources.
