AMOUNT: $1,050.00 for library membership
SCOPE: To provide library membership for resources for Yonkers Public Schools’ libraries at discounted costs using pricing from the DREAM CONSORTIUM.

WHEREAS, the vendor listed above is a consortium that offers discounts from New York State contracts that may be used by the Yonkers Public Schools under the current Yonkers Board of Education Policy and New York State General Municipal Law, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Education hereby approved the use of the vendor listed to provide library resources for the 2021-2022 fiscal year.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the total expenditures pursuant to this award shall not exceed a total dollar amount of $1,050.00 for library resources.
