"WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to approve the attached Resolution Authorizing the Transactions and Execution and Delivery of Certain Documents Contemplated in Connection with the Issuance of YIDA School Facility Revenue Bonds (New Community School Project) at the Request of the YJSCB to Finance a Portion of the Costs of the Yonkers School Construction and Modernization Plan" (the "Resolution");
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education hereby approves the attached Resolution and directs the Superintendent of Schools and those under his direction to take all steps necessary to effectuate and implement the Resolution.
