Resolution:

WHEREAS according to Article XXV, section 873.2513.1.b of Westchester County's Petroleum Bulk Storage code, the Westchester County Health Department mandates the registration of all Petroleum Bulk Storage Tanks in various Yonkers Public Schools be renewed every three years, and
WHEREAS fifty-one (51) Petroleum Bulk Storage Tanks in thirty-two (32) Yonkers Public Schools are presently due for their three-year registration renewal, and
WHEREAS the fee for these registrations is $13,605.00 payable to Westchester County Department of Health.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to issue a purchase order to Westchester County Department of Health in the amount of $13,605.00.
