Scope: To authorize the District to issue Change Order 1 to Stratagem Security, Inc., Contract No. 2025-0418, to furnish and install upgraded hardware, such as motion detectors, wirings, panels, keypad, 5G communication etc., and to restore these systems to functionality.
Contract No. 2025-0418 to Stratagem Security, Inc. for $175,000.00, increasing their contract amount from $175,000.00 to $350,000.00.

Resolution:

WHEREAS via Resolution 18.28 dated June 18, 2024, Contract No. 2025-0418 was awarded to Stratagem Security Inc., in the amount of $175,000.00 and for a term of 365 calendar days, and
WHEREAS the Yonkers Board of Education requires additional work to be done to existing intrusion and fire alarm systems, and
WHEREAS the District has nine (9) schools to convert, five (5) panel replacements, and open invoices to be paid.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to issue a Change Order 1 to Contract No. 2025-0418 with Stratagem Security, Inc increasing the contract amount from $175,000.00 to $350,000.00 for a term of 120 days for this phase.
