Approval of Memorandum of Understanding between the Board of Education and the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc., Local 1000, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, Westchester Local 860 Yonkers Non-Teaching Unit #9169 (“CSEA”).

Resolution:

WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the City of Yonkers, New York and the CSEA have engaged in collective negotiations for a successor Agreement to the July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2021 Agreement covering the salaries and conditions of employment of employees represented by the CSEA; and
WHEREAS, the collective negotiations between the Board of Education of the City of Yonkers and the CSEA have resulted in the attached Memorandum of Understanding (the “MOU”); and
WHEREAS, after consideration of the MOU, the Board of Education of the City of Yonkers wishes to state its approval by ratifying the MOU.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Yonkers Board of Education hereby approves the Agreement between the Board of Education and the CSEA attached hereto effective July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.
