Rationale:

In order to successfully open two new schools and subsequently close two other schools, an immediate need for additional Corrugated Shipping Boxes and Acrylic Carton Sealing Tape has arisen.
On January 26, 2024, the Bureau of Purchasing issued a Request for Quotes (RFQ 2024-5686). Nine (9) firms responded to the RFQ and submitted quotes. The lowest quote received was submitted by APEX Supply USA for $14,999.00 and the highest quote received was submitted by AGNI Enterprises, LLC for $48,769.25. Therefore, APEX Supply USA quote was deemed the lowest most responsive/responsible.
