WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend the contract with Hunter College to adequately train and certify certain School District employees to fill Special Education Teacher vacancies.
WHEREAS the School District has determined that these services can best be provided by Hunter College,
NOW THEREFORE BE IS RESOLVED: that the School District hereby authorizes the Superintendent of School to amend the contract with Hunter College, the new contract amount not to exceed $427,355
