Resolution:

WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to exercise its options to renew Mico Cooling Corp contract #2024-454 (originally approved by BOE and BOCS at the Stated Meeting on 12/20/23 - Resolution #14.2) for an additional 12 months. Mico Cooling Corp. will repair and provide maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment for Yonkers School District for the 2024-2025 school year.
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an amended contract extension with Mico Cooling Corp. to provide these services.
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an amended contract extension with Mico Cooling Corp at a cost not to exceed $182,500.00
