The Yonkers Board of Education is the official policy making body of the School District.
The Trustees are appointed by the Mayor. Their time, energy and expertise are voluntary.
Stated Meetings of the Yonkers Board of Education take place in the Saunders Trades and Technical High School auditorium, 183 Palmer Road.
- Board Honors, Communications from the Community and Stated Meeting begin at 5:30pm.
- Meetings are broadcast live on WDMC Cablevision Channel 75 and Verizon FiOS Channel 38, the television stations of the Yonkers Public Schools, and at yonkerspublicschools.org
