Term: December 1, 2023 through February 28, 2024
Amount: No increase in contract amount.
Scope: To authorize the eighth (8th) amendment to Contract No. 2019-0318 with Sprague Operating Resources, LLC for No.2 fuel heating oil and supplemental fuel for all District owned and operated buildings. Procurement will be via New York State OGS Contract PC68104, Group 05500, Award 23091. The contract balance will not increase and will remain at $20,882,188.00 with a 90-day extension of time from December 1, 2023 through February 28, 2024, bringing the term to 2,005 calendar days. |

Resolution
|
WHEREAS by Resolution 17.3 dated October 17, 2018, the Board of Education authorized the award of Contract No. 2019-0318 to Sprague Operating Resources, LLC to provide fuel oil to the District for $3,520,000.00 and 365 calendar days, and
WHEREAS amendment 8 (Amendments 1-7 on attached BOCS) is for a 90-day extension of time, with no increase in contract amount, bringing the term to 2,005 calendar days.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend Contract No. 2019-0318 with Sprague Operating Resources LLC for a 90-day extension of time, with no increase in contract amount, bringing the term to 2,005 calendar days. |
