Fuller & D’Angelo Architects & Planners, P.C. Amount: $14,000.00 Scope: To provide additional architectural services for Purchase Order 2024-0576, Capital Project 10959, “Cafeteria Access/Egress Improvements” at Riverside High School. This includes designs for replacement of the school’s existing exterior entrance and vestibule doors at the Main Entry Lobby, replacement of corridor doors on the first floor leading to the Gym Corridor and modifications to the site grading and addition of drainage structures to divert storm water away from the school building. Fuller & D’Angelo Architects & Planners, P.C. will perform the additional design, bidding and construction administration services for the not to exceed lump sum fee of $14,000.00. This increases the Purchase Order from $33,300.00 to 47,300.00. Overview: CIP 10959 originally included the making alterations to create additional access and egress at the cafeteria’s main hallway entrance and adding AC to the schools IT/High-Tech Security Closets. |

WHEREAS via Resolution 19.7 dated June 21, 2023, the Board of Education assigned Fuller & D’Angelo Architects & Planners, P.C. for Architectural/Engineering Services on CIP 10959 “Cafeteria Access/Egress Improvements” at Riverside High School, and WHEREAS an amendment is required for additional District directed architectural services in the amount of $14,000.00, and WHEREAS an amendment in the amount of $14,000.00 increases Purchase Order 2024-0576 from $33,300.00 to $47,300.00. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend Purchase Order 2024-0576 to Fuller & D’Angelo Architects & Planners, P.C. for additional architectural services on CIP 10959 Cafeteria Access/Egress Improvements” at Riverside High School in the amount of $14,000.00, increasing the Purchase Order to $47,300.00. |
