Rationale:
|
Fran Corp d/b/a All Bright Electric (Fran), was acquired by ABE Fran, LLC d/b/a All Bright Electric (ABE) on April 11, 2024 and requested permission for the Yonkers Board of Education to approve the transfer of all Fran accounts and agreements to ABE. As part of the acquisition, Fran assigned all customer accounts and agreements to ABE; accordingly, all Fran accounts and agreements are now solely owned and will be honored and serviced by ABE.

• Resolution No. 19.11 dated 6-21-2023 for CIP 10948 at Barack Obama School for Social Justice for $842,000.

Whereas Fran Corp d/b/a All Bright Electric is 100% owned by ABE Fran, LLC d/b/a All Bright Electric and will assume all contractual obligations under the contracts:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Yonkers Board of Education hereby approves the assignment of Contracts# 2024-0691, 2024-0795, 2024-0802, 2024-0869, 2024-0863, 2024-0069, 2025-0071, 2024-0121 & 2024-0383 from Fran Corp d/b/a All Bright Electric to ABE Fran LLC d/b/a All Bright Electric, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Superintendent of Schools is hereby authorized to complete all necessary paperwork so as to continue the agreement with ABE Fran LLC d/b/a All Bright Electric to provide the electrical contract work for Yonkers Public Schools capital improvement projects and maintenance and repair service work. |
