Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS the Board of Education is required to perform Occupational and Physical Therapy evaluations for In-District students, Physical and Occupational CPSE Screenings and Physical and Occupational Therapy evaluations for Out of District Students during the 2022- 2023 school year,
WHERES the Board of Education has determined that these services can best be provided by Judy Snyder, Physical Therapy, PC,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into a contract with Judy Snyder Physical Therapy, PC in a total contract amount not to exceed $253,000.00. |
