WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Rockland Bakery to purchase bread and baked goods and deliver to YPS kitchens as specified in RFB 7167.
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Rockland Bakery to provide these goods and services.
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Rockland Bakery at a cost not to exceed $299,910.00 |
