Scope: To provide additional services for Pre-Construction and Construction Management services under Capital Project (CIP) 10876, “Replace Windows, Masonry, Select Interior Finishes and Site Work” at Family School 32 and CIP 10936 “Replacement of Windows & Athletic Field Improvements” at Saunders Trades and Technical High School.
CIP 10876 includes additional services for Pre-construction and Construction Management services for the amount of $333,800.00 for an additional 365 days.
CIP 10936 includes additional services for pre-construction and construction management services for the amount of $107,860.00 for adding “Replacement of Windows” to their assignment. |

Resolution
|
WHEREAS via Resolution 18.9 dated April 17, 2024, the Board of Education awarded PO 2024-7464 Construction Management Services for CIP 10876, 10936 & 10950 to Triton Construction Company, LLC in the amount of $ 398,000.00, and
WHEREAS Amendment 1 is required for additional services providing pre-construction and construction management services for CIP 10876 in the amount of $333,800.00 and CIP 10936 in the amount of $107,860.00, and
WHEREAS Triton Construction Company, LLC has presented an acceptable proposal to complete these added tasks for CIP 10876 and CIP 10936 at a cost of $441,660.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to issue Amendment 1 under Contract 2022-0602 to Triton Construction Company, LLC for $441,660.00, increasing their task amount to $839,660.00. |
