Scope: Consulting services to support the district by providing coaching days and workshops including planning, co-teaching, demo lessons, unpacking assessment data, and lesson implementation feedback for the 2024-2025 school year. This will support work in RECOV: Learning Loss schools (Cross Hill Academy, Las Hermanas Mirabal Community School, Martin Luther King, Jr. Academy, School 5, William Boyce Thompson School) and schools with funds available under a School Improvement Grant (Barack Obama School for Social Justice and Museum School 25). |

Resolution
|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with CKing Education, Inc. to purchase consulting services to support targeted schools in enhancing their math instructional practices from 11/1/2024 - 10/31/2025,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with CKing Education, Inc. a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with CKing Education, Inc. to provide these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with CKing Education, Inc. at a cost not to exceed $113,700.00. |
