WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to enter into a contract with Derle Farms, to purchase milk for 2024-2025 school year.
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Derle Farms to provide these goods, and
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to enter into an agreement with Derle Farms at a cost not to exceed $705,475.00 |
