Amount: $26,645.40
Scope: This is to award a general fund purchase order to Milburn Flooring to furnish and install vinyl stair treads, vinyl cove base, and resurface and stripe the gymnasium floor at the Robert Halmi Sr. Academy of Film and Television. The existing stair treads have exceeded their useful life. The gymnasium floor will be resurfaced in preparation of the school opening.

WHEREAS: The District desires to have the stair treads replaced on the main stairs and the gymnasium floor resurfaced and striped at the Robert Halmi Sr. Academy of Film and Television, and
WHEREAS: The existing treads have lived beyond their useful life. The gymnasium floor will be resurfaced in preparation of the school opening.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That a general fund purchase order be issued to Milburn Flooring, 20 35th Street, Copiague NY 11726 in the amount not to exceed $26,645.40.35 for 365 calendar days. |
