|
WHEREAS the Board of Education wishes to amend an existing contract with Westchester Community College to change the term of this program to align with the contract with the college’s term calendar,
WHEREAS the district administration has designed in conjunction with Westchester Community College a program which meets the objectives set forth by the Board and the New York State Education Department, and,
WHEREAS the Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend an existing agreement with Westchester Community College to provide these services, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to amend the contract term to align with the contract with the college’s term calendar, |
