Ladies and Gentlemen:
Whereas, the Board of Education wishes to adopt Responsibilities for Review and Approval of Collective Bargaining Agreements - Policy #2110.2.
Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Board of Education hereby adopts Responsibilities for Review and Approval of Settlement and Other Agreements - Policy #2110.2;and
Be it further resolved that Policy#2110.2 Responsibilities for Review and Approval of Collective Bargaining Agreements shall be incorporated into the Policy Manual. |
